The Presidential Exteriors Customer Portal solves this problem by providing homeowners with a single, secure, and easy-to-use hub for managing every aspect of their remodeling project.

PROJECT TRACKING
Q: Where do I access the portal?
A: You can log in at: https://customer.presidentialext.com/
Q: How do I create an account or log in?
A: Enter your email that we have on file, and you will receive a link to log in.
Q: Where can I see the status of my project?
A: You can view your project status on the Overview page in your portal.
Q: Where can I see my contract amount?
A: It is visible on the Overview page. If you have multiple contracts, they will be separated out.
Q: Can I see my contract on the portal?
A: Yes, you can access your contract(s) in the Documents section.
Q: How do I make a payment?
A: Click the “Pay Now” option in the portal. It will take you to a secure payment page for either E-Check or Credit Card.
Q: Can I pay with an e-check?
A: Yes. You can pay with both credit and e-checks. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a credit card processing fee that cannot be waived.
Q: I submitted a payment, why don’t I see that in my portal?
A: Once your payment is fully processed and verified, it will show up under View Payments.
Q: Where can I see progress photos of my project?
A: You can access photos of your project through a CompanyCam link.
Q: Where can I find contact information for my team?
A: On the Contact page, you’ll find contact details for Presidential Exteriors, your project manager, and your project coordinator. You can also send us a message through the portal and we’ll get back to you during business hours.
Q: Can I change the email associated with my portal account?
A: Please reach out to your project coordinator to update the email on file.
Q: Can multiple people access the same project?
A: You can have up to 2 email addresses associated with your project.
Q: Why can’t I log in even though my information is correct?
A: The email address may not match the email we have on file, or the email with the sign-in link might be going to spam.

Q: How do I submit a referral?
A: Go to the Referral page in your portal, enter their information, and our team will follow up.
Q: How do I check the status of a referral I submitted?
A: The status will be under the referral tab where you submit the referral.
Q: How do I know I received a payment from my referral?
A: First you will receive an email notification then, once verified you will receive an email to the digital gift card.
Q: How will I get paid for my referral?
A: You will receive a digital gift card through Tremendous.
