Empowering Future Builders: Construction Trades Foundation
Since 1976, the Construction Trades Foundation has provided Montgomery County students with hands-on experience in designing and constructing real homes. We’re honored to support this initiative by donating time, materials, and expertise.
Through this partnership, students gain invaluable skills that lay the foundation for successful careers in the construction industry. Many of the homes they’ve built are located in Silver Spring, Rockville, and Bethesda. Proceeds from the sale of these homes are reinvested into the program, ensuring its sustainability.
Beyond construction, we collaborate with architecture students to design the next generation of Young American houses, sharing best practices in material selection and installation.

Inspiring the Next Generation: MCPS Summer RISE Program
Since 2018, we’ve proudly participated in the Montgomery County Public Schools Summer RISE Program. This initiative offers high school students immersive, hands-on experiences in various industries, including construction.
Over a four-week, 50-hour program, students explore business operations and develop valuable skills. We cherish the opportunity to mentor these young individuals, providing insights into the construction industry and fostering their professional growth.
