Remove Rotted Wood, Replace with Composite Deck Boards, Supplement with Weatherproofing

This home was built in the 1980’s. The deck had not been maintained which led to normal wear and tear that made it overdue for an upgrade. Some wood was showing signs of swelling, rotting, and splitting.

The homeowner wanted a revamped deck with a touch of a modernistic style that would withstand all weather. We assisted in their long-term maintenance bills by installing composite deck boards that were 95% recycled, as well as, stain & fade resistant. These upgrades added to the lifespan of the deck, in comparison to, your typical wooden deck.

This deck install improved the overall curb appeal of the home and, gave it the protection it needed to withstand any inclement weather. The homeowner now had a weatherproofed deck. What did this mean for them? No more high maintenance resealing & restaining bills, as well as, no potential painful splinters in the foot.
